Creig na Coille,
Oughterard, Co. Galway - Phase 3 development
Due to popular
demand a third phase development begins on this attractive site set on
the outskirts of Oughterard, known as the gateway to Connemara and
30-minutes drive from Galway city.
Work on three and
four bedroom, two-storey, semi-detached houses will begin in Spring 2001.
Features include natural limestone finish to
some front elevations, natural slate roofs, Scandinavian pine double
glazed windows and external doors, fitted kitchen, private car parking
and landscaped grounds.
The development sits
on the former site of a mid-1800s workhouse set next to the old
Galway-Clifden railway line. The original stationhouse is nearby and has
been carefully maintained. Creig na Coille is a five minute walk away
from Oughterard's shops, schools, restaurants, pubs and fuel stations.
